students on a journey to explore Career Technical Education.

Career Technical Education, or CTE, integrates core academic learning with technical and occupational knowledge to prepare students for post-secondary and future careers.

We are currently offering students in grades 9-12 the opportunity for students to become CTE learners, where they can:

  • Establish goals for life beyond high school
  • Explore passion and interests that lead to college or career
  • Build real-world skills toward career, trade, and college

Within their CTE coursework, students will investigate professions of interest and hear from real professionals in various careers. In career courses, activities can include opportunities to explore career information and evaluate embedded soft skills to help students become aware of the skills they will need for the job.
